- 將要購買的商品加入購物車，選擇您所需配送的所在國家與付款方式，並完成訂單付款。

You can reach us via Instagram / Facebook Message / LINE@ / E-mail / our official website. - 收到訂單後，我們會將您的商品進行打包，根據包裹的實際重量與寄送方式來計算運費。
我們會以E-mail 的方式告知您所需的運費，並提供您 Paypal 帳單連結來進行運費支付。
Once we receive your order, we will carefully pack your items and calculate the shipping fee based on the actual weight of the package and your selected shipping method.
We will notify you of the shipping cost via email and provide a PayPal invoice link for you to complete the shipping payment. - 待您支付完成運費後，包裹會盡快為您寄出。
After the shipping fee is paid, your package will be shipped as soon as possible. - 若您的訂單中含有 預購商品，我們將會為您保留現貨商品，等待訂單中的 所有預購商品 到貨後，再為您打包訂單並確認運費。
If your order includes pre-order items, we will reserve the in-stock items for you and ship the entire order together once all pre-order items have arrived.
The shipping fee will be calculated and confirmed at that time.
注意事項 Important Info for Overseas Orders
付款與配送 Payment & Shipping
- 由於海外運送過程比較繁瑣，所以海外訂單 不提供 退換貨服務。
Due to the complexity of international shipping, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for Overseas Orders. - 下單時請務必填寫 完整且正確的 收件人姓名、郵遞區號、地址、電話，避免因收件資訊不完成而導致包裹被退回或遺失。
若因為收件資訊不完成而導致包裹被退回，則需要支付產生退回運費與再次寄送的運費。Please make sure to provide complete and accurate recipient information, including full name, postal code, address, and phone number when placing your order.
Incomplete shipping information may result in delays, returns, or lost packages.
If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost of resending the package. - 收到包裹時，請務必進行 開箱錄影，且 全程務必要能看到出包裹全貌。
若商品有瑕疵、商品寄錯或遺漏，請提供 開箱影片 與我們聯繫。
如果確定瑕疵非人為，我們將把商品金額轉為 會員購物金，供您下次訂購使用。
When receiving your package, please record an unboxing video, ensuring the entire package is clearly visible throughout.
If you receive a defective item, the wrong product, or find any missing items, please contact us with the unboxing video as evidence.
Once confirmed that the issue is not caused by human error, we'll issue Member Shopping Fund equal to the product amount, which you can use for your next order. - 商品可能會受到您收件的國家，其他管制或法規的約束。若遇到無法運送的商品，我們將會與您聯繫。
Some items may be restricted or regulated in your country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

可以選擇通過 郵局 / 順豐速運 / DHL 寄送
You can choose to ship via Post Office / SF Express / DHL. - 無論以何種方式配送，包裹寄出後我們會更新訂單狀態並提供追蹤碼，讓您可以追蹤包裹
但，不負責在地郵政服務造成的丟失或損壞。
No matter which shipping method you choose, we will update your order status and provide a tracking number once the package has been shipped, so you can track your delivery.
Please note that we are not liable for any issues caused by local postal services during the delivery process. - 打包完成後的包裹實際重量，若未滿 0.5 kg，將以 0.5 kg 收取國際運費
若超過 0.5 kg 則以包裹實際重量計算。
After packaging, if the actual weight of the parcel is less than 0.5 kg, the international shipping fee will be calculated as 0.5 kg.
If it exceeds 0.5 kg, the fee will be based on the actual weight of the parcel. - 出貨時間 Shipping Time
完成運費支付後，3 -5 個工作日內寄出，寄出後將更新官網訂單狀態，並提供 物流單號

郵局的網頁可以查詢到包裹離開台灣前的狀態，以及包裹何時從台灣離開
但是，當包裹離開台灣以後的紀錄，包含何時抵達海關以及到您的所在國家後的配送狀態
皆需要等待 所在國家郵局 進行包裹配送的狀態更新，所以在更新前是會有段時間是沒有狀態更新的哦 !!
建議包裹離開台灣之後，若想知道包裹最新配送狀態，可以與所在國家的郵局客服查詢When using postal delivery, you can check the status of your package while it is still in Taiwan. This includes when the package is prepared and when it departs from Taiwan.
After the package leaves Taiwan, tracking updates will depend on the postal system in your destination country.
It is normal if there is a period with no tracking updates during this time.
If you would like to check the latest delivery status after the package has left Taiwan, we recommend contacting your local postal service for more details.
